Terms and Conditions

Stock items returned within 30 days of date of purchase will incur the higher of either a 10% restocking charge or a fixed collection fee of £10.00. Please note no credit will be given for carriage.

Stock items returned outside of 30 days but within 90 days of the date of purchase will incur the higher of either a 20% restocking charge or a fixed collection fee of £17.50. Please note no credit will be given for carriage.

We do not accept returns for items purchased more than 90 days (3 months) prior.

Non-stock (ZZ) items can be returned, subject to the agreement of our supplier, any restocking charge to be applied is at the discretion of our supplier and you will be advised of this prior to the collection being arranged. We are unable to accept returns on any items marked as bespoke or made to order.

A returns form MUST be fully and accurately completed. Any items returned to us which have been omitted or differ from the returns form may not be credited or if credited will incur a higher charge.

All the above items must be returned in original packaging, unused/undamaged and in a resaleable condition.

Returning your items to us

Upon receipt of a returns form our customer service team will request our couriers collect the items from the address provided, please be aware we are only able to collect from home or office addresses and NOT site locations.

Although it is not guaranteed our courier will aim to collect within 1 working day. Please be aware that our courier will telephone the number provided on the returns form, if unable to make contact our courier will NOT attempt collection, so it is important that the contact is available for this call.

Our courier will provide a label meaning no printing in required on your part.

Credit / Refund

Once your return is received, inspected and approved by our returns department, credit against your account or refund to the original payment method will usually be processed within 14 days.  If your return is rejected, you will be notified by a member of our team.

Faulty or damaged products

If you believe you have received a faulty/damaged product or are having issues on site with installation, please either call our sales team on 01451 824110 or email [email protected].  We will work with you to try to resolve the issue on site, as a high percentage of faulty product reports are installation problems. However, if a product is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will usually replace the item free of charge.  Please retain such products unless advised otherwise, as manufacturers often request their return for inspection.
