Customer Service Representative – Project delivery team
There is a current vacancy in our Project Delivery Team, which is the department responsible for processing orders, helping to resolve customer delivery issues with nationwide couriers, supporting the sales team and delivering a high level of service to our customers once their orders are placed.
The role mainly includes the following tasks,
● Processing customer orders
● Liaising directly with customers with regards to order queries, back orders, stock issues etc
● Dealing with courier issues and liaising with customers with delivery challenges
● Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with them promptly wherever possible, or fielding these calls as required
● Other support tasks for the project delivery team as required, on a day to day basis
Specific training will be given on the IT systems we use here, but it is important that you are experienced in the use of computers, able to type with reasonable speed, and use basic programmes such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc. You should also be comfortable with talking to customers on the phone, which requires skill especially in dealing with customer problems such as couriers losing parcels.
Your place of work would be our offices at Bourton on the Water, GL54 2HQ. Hours would be 8am-5pm with 1hour for lunch/breaks, Monday-Friday. We offer 20days paid holiday plus bank holidays, and extra days at Christmas are normally gifted to staff as we usually have a company shut down.
The salary published is indicative, this will depend on your experience and skillset.
