How do I place my order?
Where is my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track it by logging into your online account or speaking with our customer service team 01451 824110 and selecting option 1.
To view tracking or before speaking with a member of the team have your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email.
How do I create a website log in account?
Click on the login button on the top right of the website, you will then see a REGISTER button in green. Click this and follow the instructions with the online form, when this is completed, you will be able to log in and place future orders and manage your account online seeing order history and order status.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Applying for a trade account is easy, with a few simply questions to fill in online. At the top of the website, you can click on the Trade Account tab and fill in the form. This will be sent to a member of the Welling team who will contact you regarding the application.
If you are also applying for a credit account, you will be required to fill in a credit form which can be downloaded here you can then email this directly to our accounts team who will be in contact with soon.
I am a trade customer and want to apply for a credit account, how do I do this?
You can apply for a credit account if you are a trade customer, you must fill in the downloadable form HERE and email or post this back to our accounts team, who will contact you within 7 working days of receipt of the form.

How do I pay my Invoice?
Speak with our accounts team direct who can organise payment for any outstanding invoice payments by calling 01451 824110 option 2.
How do I return products?
Here at Welling, we offer Free returns on stock items purchased within the last 30 days. Please complete this form to send us a request to return.
Our Project Delivery Team will then be in touch to arrange the return with you.

Please note, items must be unused/undamaged, in original packaging and supplied not longer than 30 days previously.
A restocking charge may be applied, and we reserve the right to refuse return of items if specially ordered or at our discretion
Trade Customer Pricing
All customers including trade customers now have the same pricing throughout the website.
Trade customers no longer need to apply 10% off website prices as this has already been included on the price you now view on the website. You will now find over 400 products online with quantity break pricing for trade customers ordering larger quantities.
